Delivery
You can choose the delivery method of your order according to your needs:
– By DPD courier to your doorsteps
– You can pick up the package yourself at your chosen dispatch point Zásielkovňa, which will reduce your shipping costs and you can choose pick up time that suits you the best
– You can pick up the package at Slovak Post branch
– You can collect your order directly from us at the BIANstudio in Detva
Payment method
You can choose the most convenient payment method for you:
Debit/credit card online – the fastest payment method. You can make the payment right when ordering goods, by entering your credit card details. Transactions are encrypted and secure. We will process and send your package right after receiving your order.
Bank transfer – after completing an order, the products are reserved and you will be sent an email with the necessary payment information, including a variable symbol (your order number) that you must include when making your transfer. As soon as the payment is credited to our account, we will start processing your order.

Cash on delivery – pay the carrier for your purchase upon delivery to your selected address, or pay when picking up from Zásielkovňa box or Slovak post branch. You can pay with cash or card. With the DPD courier, you have the option of payment by card guaranteed. There is a fee with the “Cash on delivery” method. We will process and send your package right after receiving your order.
By card or cash in store – you will pay for your order when picking up from our store BIIANstudio Detva. We will prepare your package right after receiving your order and it will be stored with us for 5 working days. If you won’t be able to pick up within 5 working days inform us or your order will be cancelled.
